Calema

Calema is a duo formed by two brothers, António and Fradique, from São Tomé and Príncipe, an African island state close to the equator.

Their music and live performances blend several influences, reflecting their background: African music, island ambiences and Lusitanian sounds. With over 70 dates sold out in 2022 in countries such as Portugal, Switzerland, the Netherlands, the United States, Portuguese-speaking countries and the Olympia in Paris, the Calema brothers show that music is much more than just a passion.

Each of their albums is an event. After a decade of hits and numerous #1s in several countries, they haven't forgotten the years they spent in France, and now they want to give a new interpretation to some of their hits, with Franco-Portuguese versions. Te Amo (DJ Youcef remix) is the first new release, now a gold disc in France. In 2023, they present a new album and a memorable show. Come and vibrate to the rhythm of the Calema's greatest hits.
