How does it work?
A unique blend of :
- Spinal twisting postures (deep physical/mental/emotional detox)
- Mixed with hip openings (seat of repressed emotions: fear, sadness, anger) to rebalance and release.
-Pranayamas (breathing techniques)

-Suitcase meditation
? A time to put down everything that's weighing you down: parasitic thoughts, emotional 'baggage'...
