This themed class is designed to stimulate the body's natural elimination functions through specific postural work. The session focuses on spinal and abdominal twists and postures that massage the internal organs.
Mechanically, these rotational movements create a 'compression-decompression' effect that encourages blood flow to the digestive organs and helps release tension along the spine. It is particularly recommended after periods of excess, sedentary lifestyle or seasonal fatigue.
The session includes :
A series of twists: Standing and floor postures to mobilise the spine to its full extent.
Breathing work (Pranayama): Abdominal breathing techniques to massage the internal organs.
Recovery: A final relaxation phase to stabilise the nervous system.
Public: Open to all (beginners welcome).
Equipment: Soft clothing recommended, all equipment on site.
