Journée écocitoyenne
The neighbourhood committee is delighted to invite you to the second edition of the ECO-CITIZEN DAY, organised in the Mesnils Pasteur neighbourhood to mark the end of the ‘Estivales’ festival.
??It will take place on Wednesday 16 September 2026 at??Le Petit Bois (Avenue du Maréchal Foch)
??With a focus on games and entertainment, this day will feature activities from 10.00 to 18.00 for young and old alike, raising awareness of the themes of water?? and urban cleanliness ??.
??The organisations taking part will cover all aspects of water, including its cycle, conservation, distribution to our homes, and even its protection in our rivers and the ecosystems it supports. ??
??Urban cleanliness will also take centre stage, with a large-scale, participatory site clean-up, games and races to raise awareness of best practice and community spirit. ??
For quieter moments, a reading corner ?? will be set up with storytime for little ones twice a day, and creative workshops ?? will be on offer.
For the more energetic, a nature walk?? starting from the small wood will be organised by the Dole Environnement association, leading to the Etroitots pond?? to discover the local flora and fauna.
??There are plenty more games and surprises in store for you on the day, including performances, ??fruit skewers and a revamped version of the duck fishing game...
This event is just waiting for you to make the most of all the activities on offer.
???Free entry; refreshments and food will be available on site, organised by the Maryse Bastié Secondary School Parents’ Association and local residents.
