? Fancy a magical day out with the family?
On 12 and 13 September 2026, the Manège de Brack in Dole will host *Le Sorcier qui Boîte*, a brand-new immersive fair dedicated to the world of magic, imagination and craftsmanship.
Organised by the association Les Ravagés, already known for the Enigma fair, this first-of-its-kind event in the Jura invites young and old alike to step through the doors of a completely mad school of witchcraft, where shows, colourful characters and passionate craftspeople will come together throughout the weekend.
Around thirty craftspeople from all over France will be on hand to showcase their original creations: magic wands, jewellery, decorations, leather goods, sculptures, illustrations, clothing, books, esoteric items, hypocras and many other treasures inspired by fantastical worlds.
As you wander through the aisles, you never know which completely zany teacher you’ll bump into. Throughout the day, comedy shows, witchcraft lessons that go off the rails and unexpected encounters will punctuate your visit, with humour designed to make both children and adults laugh. Six different shows, performed twice a day, will punctuate your day and allow you to discover the most eccentric characters at this one-of-a-kind school of magic. Younger visitors can also enjoy creative workshops organised throughout the weekend.
Whether you’re a magic enthusiast, a craft lover or simply looking for an original family day out, Le Sorcier qui Boîte promises a day full of laughter, surprises and discoveries.
