This themed yoga class focuses specifically on the pelvis and hips. Often put under strain by prolonged sitting or repetitive sporting activities, this area can accumulate muscular tension and stiffness.
The session is based on floor and standing postures, held in such a way as to target deep muscles such as the psoas, glutes and adductors. The aim is functional: to improve joint mobility, release mechanical blockages and encourage better postural alignment. The session ends with a cool-down phase to stabilise the benefits of the flexibility work done.
Public: Open to all (beginners welcome).
Equipment: Supple clothing recommended, all equipment on site.
