At Sissi and Jean-François Grundisch's, you change era as soon as you cross the threshold. With her crimson lipstick and 1950s bistro outfit, the owner guides you through the knick-knacks, enamelled advertising plates and vintage tin cans. You arrive at a table with a gingham tablecloth and wooden seats. Here, the origins of Lyon are mixed with those of Franche-Comté. Customers feel right at home in the small rooms, where every detail is a source of amusement and anecdotes. On the plates, you'll find grandma's cooking revisited and generous, with an emphasis on local produce.
