Au Gîte Dolois

Family house of 66 m² for 6-8 people, possessing a terrace, barbecue, garden, and access through an independant path. Renovated in 2014, it holds a view onto a nearby orchard. The area is calm, and is situated close to the city center and town's touristic attractions (touristic harbor, museum, various gardens, a cycling route). It is possible to come by foot from the SNCF train station or to be transported by ourselves.

- A bedroom with a double bed, a bunkbed, individual bathroom and toilet
- A grand room comprising of the living room and kitchen opened on one level on the terrace
- 20 m² terrace with picnic table and stake

In the living room you will find a trundle bed.
The kitchen is equiped with a dishwasher, induction hobs, an oven, and tableware

The gite is fully equipped with mountain furniture.

Activities:
Bicycle path at 800m on the banks of the Doubs. The forest of Chaux with its different running and cycling circuits is 1 km away. Fishing: Doubs river visible from the house at 50m and Loue river at a few minutes by car.
Free access to the baths of Dole in the Doubs (5 min walk from the house)
5 minutes by car access to the water park Isis equipped with a 50-meter olympic pool, a learning pool with whirlpools and various slides.
At 45 minutes by car the Chalain lake is waiting for you.
Other activities such as a trail with branches, white water kayaking, tennis, Pasteur museum, visit of the collegiate church.
Shopping area, restaurants, bakery nearby 5 minutes by foot.
