With 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, there's space for everyone. The large living room, at the heart of the house, brings together a fireplace, convivial meals and a pool table.

Enjoy the calm and greenery of our large garden, barbecue and deckchairs, just a 5-minute walk from the town centre.

The ground floor includes a fully-equipped kitchen with a new fridge, a large living room (fireplace, pool table, etc.), a bathroom, a toilet, a study and a bedroom with a double bed (accessible with a step).

Upstairs, the stairs lead to 4 bedrooms, all with double beds, and a bathroom with WC.

One of the bedrooms has two brand-new double beds, ideal for adding to the accommodation capacity (12 people in total).

There is a large private garden with barbecue and sun loungers, as well as private parking for 3 to 4 vehicles.
