Welcome to our family home, where period charm meets modern comfort.

With 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, there's space for everyone. The large living room, at the heart of the house, brings together a fireplace, convivial meals and a pool table. A new relaxation area has also just been installed, with a sauna and views over the garden (optional, on request only).

Enjoy the peace and greenery of our large garden, barbecue and deckchairs, just 5 minutes' walk from the town centre.

The ground floor includes a fully equipped kitchen with a new fridge, a large living room (fireplace, pool table...), a bathroom, a WC, a study, as well as a bedroom with a double bed (accessible with a step).

Upstairs, the stairs lead to 4 bedrooms, all with double beds, and a bathroom with WC.

One of the bedrooms has two brand-new double beds, ideal for adding to the accommodation capacity (12 people in total).

There is a large private garden with barbecue and sun loungers, as well as private parking for 3 to 4 vehicles.
